Leap of Leadership

Every other month, Spring's community comes together to find community, explore, take a pause and play with something new in the service of the work we’re doing in the world. Some of the questions we’ve explored together are:

• Rituals for social justice: New pathways, visions, and ways of being
• How do you stay resourceful and lead in a world that's too much, too fast?
• How can we learn from the genius of nature to support our movements and organizations? 
• How can we tap into the creative energy within us to how up more fully as leaders and connect more deeply with ourselves and with others? 
• What do we do when we find ourselves swinging between climate doomism and optimism?
• What if we could befriend our nervous system?

With host Archana Deshpande and guest experts and thinkers, we dive deep into these topics through new tools, concrete practices and exchanges with peers from all over the world.
