What does it mean to be a good ancestor in the face of rising fascism and anti-rights forces?

Calling all future ancestors: What timeless wisdom do you need right now? What does it mean to be a good ancestor in the face of rising fascism and anti-rights forces?

Join creative visionary Elizabeth Seja Min, host Archana Deshpande and the Leap of Leadership community to explore stories and strategies for sticking together across time and generations.

We can illuminate unexpected strategies for a better future when we weave together our timeless, collective wisdom. What have you learned from your elders or youngers that’s helping you find strength right now? How can we stay “in relationship” with each other when it gets difficult to listen? What stories can we share to seed the grit and solidarity?

People from every generation have grappled with dark times and found creative ways to persevere. Keeping intergenerational communities together is one of the most important roles we can each play as future ancestors. When anti-rights forces try to dehumanize us, we affirm our humanity by sticking together. By tapping into our roots — and futures — we can find creative ways to stay resilient and connected in difficult times.
