Where will the sessions take place?
Sessions will take place in person at the Global Gathering venue on September 27, 28 and 29 (Friday to Sunday). Your coach will contact you with the exact location the day before your session. Please remember to provide your WhatsApp number so that your coach can reach you.
How long are the sessions?
Each session will last 45 minutes.
What if I cannot find a time that works for me?
Coaches who offer financial health coaching may also be available for leadership coaching. If you can't find a time that works for you? Please reach out to us at leadership@springstrategies.org.
Can I book more than one session?
We want to ensure equitable access to coaching sessions. Please be mindful of this as you book your time with us. If you are interested in multiple sessions, please reach out to us at leadership@springstrategies.org.
What can I discuss with my coach?
Your coach will provide a supportive space to catch your breath, process ideas and troubleshoot financial health questions or explore challenges and possibilities for your leadership. The Global Gathering is an exciting space to strategize about digital futures. A coach can help you think through emergent relationship-building, partnership and funding opportunities, as well as support you in common tensions related to work-life balance, self-confidence, managing conflict, team engagement, delegating effectively and leadership transitions.
Are same-day / walk-in sessions available?
Yes, but very few. Most sessions will be booked in advance, but we’re planning to hold a few sessions each day for same-day requests.
Has Spring worked with digital rights defenders before?
Yes! Over the last five years, Spring has partnered with and supported dozens of leaders and organizations working on a wide range of digital rights and democracy issues to deepen their leadership and build institutional strength. We’ve also facilitated conversations at the intersections of technology, climate, regulation, misinformation and finance with digital rights funders in Latin America.
